General Info

This blended IQ event allows teams to meet and try out their new robot design as the season gets underway.  The venue is located at the historic Fort Apache situated between the North and East Fork rivers which form White River.  Fort Apache is a few miles south of Whiteriver and 25 miles south of Pinetop-Lakeside. Lunch will be provided for all participants.  If you have time, vistors are encouraged to explore the nearby Kinishba ruins or visit the museum at Ft Apache.

Code of Conduct

This year there are some rules and pre-qualifying tasks to be a a volunteer.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All but $5.00 will be refunded if you are unable to attend due to weather or other emergency.  

Refund and Payment Policies

If you are unable to attend and let us know 1 week prior to the event, we will issue a full refund minus the $5.00 fee we pay the REC,

The payment deadline for this event is September 29th. 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
