General Info
Welcome to the 2024 Sharp Creek VEX IQ Challenge: FULL VOLUME!
We are excited to host your teams. We are looking forward to an excellent event at our outstanding facility here at Northfield High School in Wabash.
This event will offer Robot Skills as well as Teamwork Challenge events, and does provide State qualifying spots!
Team Pits will be in the cafeteria, with competitive events in the the Auxiliary Gym.
Concessions will be available throughout the day in the cafeteria.
Any team not paid within two weeks of the event will be transferred to the waitlist. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued at the discretion of the event organizers
Please make sure all participant and coaches have filled out the online participants release form because the REC now requires all Event Partners to check to make sure all teams have submitted the required online form.
If your team needs any special accommodations, please contact Amber Bretzman, in advance, so that arrangements can be made to meet the needs of your team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather or other cancellations, please visit robotevents.com for updates. You may also call Amber Bretzman or Kevin Bretzman (check contact information page for details) the day of the event with any questions. We will attempt to hold our event if at all possible and will contact teams if weather is looking like it won't cooperate.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event and it is rescheduled those that are unable to make the rescheduled event will recieve a refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw a refund will be up to the discretion of the Event Partner. However, no one refunds will be considered when we reach 3 weeks prior to the event. All refund requests must be submitted prior to three weeks before the event occurs.
