General Info
We are excited to welcome you to our Zionsville Middle School Tournament We hope your teams will enjoy competing and learning from other teams.
This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event.
Any team not paid by March 1st, will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
Participation and Consent Form A must be completed for all participants and turned in during check-in, or uploaded online. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in if forms were not completed online. The day of registration deadline is 8:45AM. Teams not registered by that time will be removed from the event and not be included in the match list.
All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

7:30 am Doors open
8:00 – 9:00 Inspection and Check In: Teams MUST have robot inspected prior to competition 9:00. Teams not checked in and inspection passed by 9:00 will forfeit matches for this session.
9:00 – 9:15 Drivers Meeting
9:15 – 9:30 Matches generated and dispersed
8:00 – 3:00 Skills open to teams that have passed inspection
9:30 – 12:00 Qualification Matches
1:00 – 3:00 Qualification Matches
3:30 – 4:30 Final matches begin, all teams will participate. Awards given out
4:30 Clean Up, help from other teams is appreciated

No volunteers are needed.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Tournament will be held unless Zionsville Schools cancels all activities.If cancels payment will be returned minus $5.00.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refund will be given minus $5.00.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be issued.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
