General Info

We're excited to host you for our robotic event.

 

Please pay at least one week before the event. If you don't, others on the waiting list may take your spot.

Upon arrival at the school, the best place to park will be on the east of the school. However, there is also limited parking on the west side of the school. The west side is closer to the gym and would be best for loading and unloading.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda

8:00 am -8:30 am  --- Tournament Set-up

8:00 am-9:00 am ---  Team Set-up, Check-in,  Inspection and practice

9:00 am-11:15am --- Teamwork Challenges/ Skills Challenges

11:30 am -11:45am --- Finals Matches (about 8 alliances)

11:45am-12:00 pm --- Awards

 

*Each team will be allowed 3 skills runs for both Driver Skills and Autonomous Skills.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

             refunds will be given unless other circumstances apply.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

              This is case by case, but in general:             

                           If your registration prevented someone else from registering, you may not receive a refund.

                           If a team is able to take your place, you will probably get a refund.

                           If it is an emergency or weather prevents you from coming, you will probably get a refund.

Payment is due by October 27- if a team has not paid by this date, they will be moved to the waiting list and others may take their spot.
