General Info
Welcome to Garland ISD's Halloween Spooktacular Garland always plays host to some of the best events in the state, Halloween Spooktacular will be no exception! We are looking forward to another great event. This is an in person event with judging.
Please read each of the following. Each of these will be adhered to with no expeceptions.

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct

Although we don’t expect there to be any violations during the tournament, the EP reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) and ask perpetrators to leave the premises. .

All participants are expected to have the participant release form . (Spanish) on file prior to competing.

Please have all Coaches/Mentors/Chaperones fill out this Pit Allowance form before (week prior to tournament date). Only adults who have filled out this form will be allowed in the Pit Area.

Only 1 adult per team will be allowed to enter the Pit Area. Example - if your organization has 5 teams, you can have 5 adults

Digital engineering notebooks will be accepted for this event through Robot Events.
Concessions will be available at the event.
There will not be public practice fields offered at this event.

Judging Format
Remote interviews and notebooks
Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
Remote Interviews will be arranged via Google form.
