Covid-19 Precautions

Following the latest government updates on June 14th, the following rules are to be adhered to...

·  There will be assigned practise fields per organisation, please do not use any other organisations practise fields. Please avoid bringing practise fields as this will clutter the space, which will be setup to enable effective social distancing.

·  Each team will be allocated a pit area.

·  Masks will be mandatory unless an exemption for an individual’s exists

·  Team members will require a negative test on the night before/morning of the event (show upon entry, use mobile phone/ print out from gov.uk)

·  Schools should be aware that should one person who attended the event tests positive, then names would have to be given to test and trace (usual timescales would apply)

·  Each team is to have just one adult chaperone/coach (2 teams from one school could have 2 adults etc).

·  Teams will be expected to follow the enhanced rules on the day and in particular the rule regarding mixing. We will encourage adult chaperones/coaches to help manage this. Mr Kelly or Mr Noonan will brief attendees on these rules in advance of the drivers meeting as normal.

·  No lunch can be provided on the day for visiting staff or students due to social distancing / mixing guidelines.

·  Assigned toilets for staff and students will be assigned. Male Student toilets will be out of bounds from 10.00-10.20am to avoid mixing.
