General Info
Welcome to Seton Hall University's first-ever VEXU Robotics Competition event! Due to university regulations, this event is only for VEX U teams; no HS or MS teams will be permitted. This event will be live-streamed as best as possible. Food will not be provided; there will be multiple locations on and off campus where teams are invited to enjoy food.

Volunteer
Thank you for exploring an interest in volunteering. At this time, there is no need for additional volunteers. If a need arises shortly before or during the event, teams will be offered the opportunity to have their members volunteer.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In bad weather or an emergency, teams will be contacted immediately as soon as our team is made aware of such emergency or bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Partial refunds will be issued in the amount of the cost of the event minus $5.00.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
The team will not be refunded.

Travel Info
This event will take place at the main Seton Hall University campus in South Orange, NJ. A visitor parking permit is required to park a vehicle on campus and may be obtained for free at any guard booth as you enter campus. Teams will receive an email with specific instructions on how to find and navigate to the building and room of the event closer to the date but no later than one week before the event. Please email [email protected] if you have not received an email by then.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be held in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link in the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The deadline to submit is Feb. 7th, 11:59 PM; teams will be notified via email one week ahead of the deadline if anything changes.
