General Info
This event is being held on the same weekend as the Elementary and High School State Championship and is a top notch tournament set at a great venue.
Teams who sign up 2 or more volunteers for the weekend and help at the State Champonships will get their registration fee refunded to them (minus the 5 dollar processing fee from RECF)
This event is over 100,000 square feet of pure VEX Robotics entertainment!
SCTCC is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our students, faculty, staff, guests and other members of our campus community. The college follows Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines and federal OSHA standards related to COVID-19. Consistent with these guidelines, all SCTCC volunteers are required to follow all current mitigation strategies in place including:
- Wearing of a well-fitting mask over your mouth and nose at all times.
- Completion of a daily self-screening for COVID-19 symptoms. If symptoms are present, stay home.
- Maintaining 6 feet social distancing whenever possible.
- Washing hands frequently, avoiding touching your face and using hand sanitizer when washing is not an option.
- Reporting symptoms immediately if they begin during volunteer time to the volunteer coordinator.
- Use seating charts and assigned partners/pods.
- Follow signage including one-way, social distance markers and entry/exit.
- Cooperate with contact tracing.
- Comply with quarantine/isolation when deemed necessary.
As the COVID-19 situation in Minnesota and the St. Cloud area evolves or changes, these mitigation strategies may also be revised to accommodate new guidelines and mandates.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Due to the size of this event, this event will not be cancelled. If bad weather was to occur, use your own descretion on attending the event. Some suggestions are to come a day early to get ahead of the weather, or stay a day later to avoid.
