This has been left deliberately vague so it can be up to the determination of judges at the event to apply their qualitative judgment based on the pool of applicants at the event.
The intent behind this requirement is to ensure that the Innovate Award winner is not solely documenting their selected feature or attribute for their Innovate Award submission, but rather their Innovate Award submission highlights a part of a well documented engineering design process.
