• 12:30pm – LUNCH (food court available on site)
• 1:30pm – Qualification matches resume
• 2:45pm - Alliance selections
• 3:00pm - Elimination matches begin
• 4:00pm - Awards ceremony

Voluntario

We are a student organization at NC State that is hosting this event to benifit the VEX teams in our area.

We welcome volunteers and need them to help run a sucessful event.  Please email our contacts for more information.

Registered coaches will be notifified in case of event cancellation via email.

Rescheduling will be on a case-by case basis.

Refund and Payment Policies

Any unspent funds will be refunded if the event is cancelled without rescheduling.

No refunds will be provided to teams that cancel within 2 weeks of the event.  We will attempt to provide refunds to teams that cancel prior to 2 weeks of the event if we have sufficient remaining registered teams to cover event expenses.

Parking for cars is free on the day of the event.  Please park cars in the parking area directly across from Hunt Library   A  drop-off area is available, but vehicles must not be left un-attended.  The address for the drop-off is 1070 Partners Way, Raleigh, NC 27606

Important:  BUS PARKING - bus parking will be on the street on Main Campus Drive in front of the Wilson College of Textiles - a short walk from Hunt Library

Judging Format

NOTE:  This has been revised

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:   

• Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The link submission deadline will be Thursday, January 11 at 5 pm EST. 
• Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
