Join us for Saint Henry District High School's Very First VEX Tournament, "The Cru Classic". Saint Henry's CruBotics team and faculty are partnering with Northern Kentucky University's College of Informatics to host this initial event. We are grateful for their support.

There is a parking Garage across from Griffin Hall that can be paid for with Credit Card at the KIOSK at the exit. PArking Permits for other lots can be purchased in advance at

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
We are hopeful for weather that is conducive for traveling, especially for our partners travelling a little bit further to visit the Northern Kentucky Area. We will follow the inciment weather policies of our Venue Partner Northern Kentucky University. We will follow the Inclement weather policy of VEX and Robotevents.com in such instance that there is a cancellation and refunds are due.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued 6 weeks after Event if the Event Partner needs to cancel the Event for unforseen events.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will not be given to teams cancelling less than two weeks before the competition. Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event who cancel in due time. If teams registered and paid through robotevents we must receive the funds from robotevents first, this some times takes 3-6 months. Refund from robotevents will deduct 10%
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
