Thank you for registering for Onalaska VRC High School School Over Under Tournament.
We plan to use the smart field controllers for this event. Please make sure the following initial Setup (Teams) is followed prior to inspection.
- Open VEXcode
- Connect robot brain directly to computer
- Turn on robot brain
- Ensure controller and robot are running the latest VEXos firmware
- Set team number on robot brain (no spaces between team number and letter)
Concession Stand will be available. Pre-Order Grilled Hamburger and Hot Dog Meals will be available for $8. Meal includes Hamburger or Hot Dog, chips, soda or water. Pre-Order meal forms will be emailed to all registerd teams closer to the tournament date.

Voluntario
Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. Our biggest need for each event is judges, no experience is needed. Volunteers receive lunch, and snacks throughout the day.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a full refund will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: a full refund will be issued if your registration is cancelled at least one week in advance.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The Engineering Notebook submission deadline is December 14, 2023.
