This Middle School only event will take place int he Elyria High School Performing Arts Center.
There will be 2 competions fileds, 1 skills field, and 1 practice field.
A full concession stand will be open al day and lunch will be provided for all participants.

Coaches will be contacted via email or phone based on the registration information in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled minus the $5 REC processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
