All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
Thanks for registering for the 5rd Annual White House VEX Fall League! The event will take place Monday evenings from 6-8 pm with qualification taking place the first 3 nights and the tournament and awards on the fourth night. We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, school maps, and times. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form electronically this season.

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Please email [email protected] to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary and an evening of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be given, minus the $5 processing fee from the REC Foundation.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Registration cancellations must be received by October 9th, 2023 in order to receive a refund of $45. REC collects the first $5 and second $5 covers a portion of WHHS expenses. All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] with the team number and the contact information for the team’s contact. Teams that cancel on October 9th, 2023 or after will not receive a refund for their registration fee.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
