We are excited to be hosting the AERO Season Kickoff at Arab Junior High School in Arab, AL. This event is planned with the purpose of providing a positive early season experience to students in order to grasp a better understanding of the game and collaborate with one another. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

8:15 am - Team Check-in and Inspection begin, Skill Fields Open

9:00 am - Tournament Meeting, Welcome

9:30 am - Qualification Matches Begin

11:30 pm - Lunch Break

12:00 pm - Qualification Matches Resume

12:45 pm - Qualification Matches and Skill Matches End

1:00 pm - Alliance Selection

2:00 pm - Awards and Closing Ceremony

In the event of bad weather, we will evaluate the event and ensure travel and the event itself is safe for participants. Furthermore, ACS safety plans will be followed accordingly in the event of an emergency or severe weather.
