Información general

This is a Live, Skills-Challenge-ONLY event for the 2023-24 VRC Game: Over Under.

We will strictly follow REC Skills-only rules where each team is allowed only three driver trials and three autonomous trials.  Note:  This is not a qualifying event, however, each team's skills score will be uploaded to the REC 2023-24 Over Under Skills Standings database.

Check-in & Inspection is at 3:30 pm.  The event should be over by 6 pm.  (No Engineering Notebooks.  No Judged Awards offered.) Each team will have no more than 6 Skills (3 Driving / 3 for Programming) matches per session.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Agenda

Doors open at 3:30 pm (Check-in and inspections open immediately)

Driver's meeting & Opening ceremonies at 3:45 pm

The skills field closes at 5:45 pm

Venue Closes at 6:00 pm

Voluntario

Volunteers are what make VEX events happen.  Our biggest need for each event is scoring referees. Contact Devin Murphy at [email protected] if you would like to volunteer.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be sent. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

A team may be transferred to another Bridgeland Skill Event if notified within 2 weeks.
