Welcome to the Pikes Peak Robotics - VEX Over Under Regional League Event Page! This is a VEX VRC Over under Invitational High School Level league that will see competitions held for 4 consecutive months starting in October.
Schedule will be mostly consistent across sessions with doors opening at 8am.
Please bring all of your own power strips, tools, parts, etc.

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Voluntario
We need and welcome volunteers. To volunteer, please go to the link found at www.pikespeakrobotics.org under the "Volunteer!" section at the bottom of the page.
Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
In case of an emergency or bad weather, we will send out an event cancellation email to all coaches and volunteers as soon as that decision is made (hopefully the night before).
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded all but $5 of the event fee if the event is cancelled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Teams will be refunded all but $5 of the event fee if they request a cancellation
Payment Deadline is September 30th, 1 week before the first session.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
