The event partner will contact teams in the event of a weather event or other unforseen event that affects the health and safety of teams or the teams' ability to get to the venue.

We will endeavour to reschedule the event if it needs to be postponed.

Be sure that your team contact information for the day of the event is up to date in Robotevents

Politica de reembolso

Teams that withdraw 7 days before the event will not be invoiced.

Judging Format

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
