There are four dates for league play.

Three ranking sessions: Oct 1, Oct 29, Nov 26

One ranking Session and eliminations/ finals Jan 14th.

Robot Skills will take place on Jan 14th only. 3 attempts for Driver and 3 attempts for Programming. 

However, ranking session venues that have enough practice fields may allow robot skills practice and team sharing.

League Awards for Judges, Design, and Excellence determined at Finale (Jan 14th.): Engineering Notebooks will be submitted electronically one week prior (Jan 7th)

Ranking Sessions

All events will be held in St. Joseph Gymnasium

Ranking events will be from 9am to 1pm (or until matches are completed)

Jan 14th 

  • 9am - 10am: Ranking Sessions (if needed)
  • 9am - 12pm: Skills Challenge
  • 9am - 1pm: Judging interviews
  • 12:30 pm - 3pm: Finals and Awards

 

Voluntario

Volunteers are welcomed:

Referees, resetters for all dates.
Judges for the last date.

Please be aware that this in-person event will require:

  1. All persons must wear a face-covering while on the event site premises that covers both the mouth and nose.  If the current community spread is High or Substantial (CDC link to determine current location community risk level: link )

  2. All participants will be regularly asked to use hand sanitizer when interacting with high-touch surfaces.

  •  Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation, with a submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
