General Info

Welcome to the 2021 roBOOtics SPOOKtactular held in the Centennial High School Cafeteria

We will have a full VEX Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field.

There are currently 24 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 5 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure that you are marked as paid (or PO received) two weeks in advance or you may be replaceed with a team from the waitlist.

Teams need to arrive by 8:15am so that they can be inspected before the 8:45am deadline. Teams that have not checked in by 8:30am will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.

Teams are encouraged to dress up for a Team costume contest (with award).

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If weather causes travel delays or prevents teams from competing, a partial refund may be available.  Contact before the beginning of the event. Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in your account in case we need to contact your team prior to the event.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds available for teams that choose to cancel due to fixed costs for the event partner.

Health and Safety Policies

All attendees will be required to wear masks that cover the mouth and nose during the event. Attendees will be encouraged to social distance as possible andwash hands/use hand sanitizer. Pit areas may be moved outdoors depending on weather/space available. Spectators may be strictly limited and as a result of this (more info will go out closer to the event date), we will be plannng to livestream the event as possible.
