Welcome to the West Michigan Outdoor VRC HS/MS Early Tuesday 'A' Tournament. This is a TWO night tournament. Attendance at both nights is required. The plan is to play four matches on 10/13 and two matches and eimination matches on 10/27. All 12 teams will be play in the elimination rounds.
West Michigan Outdoor VRC HS/MS Early Tuesday 'A' Tournament matches will START at 5:00p and end at 6:15p. All participants are asked to depart quickly both nights as there is a West Michigan Outdoor VRC HS/MS Late Tuesday A Tournament that starts at 7:00p.
** Please do NOT register for both the Early and Late tournaments. We are trying to give as many teams the opportunity to play. You may, however, sign up for an 'A' Tournament and a 'B' Tournament. ***

Please do not bring your team to this event if they are sick. The following health screening questionnaire will be required of every team member and coach when they arrive at the event:

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
Please arrive between 4:15 ansd 4:30. Schedule will be run at 4:45. If you aren't there, you can't play, sorry.

Due to precautions to reduce the spread of coronavirus, outside volunteers will not be accepted at this event.
If weather, a local emergency, or enhanced coronavirus restrictions cause us to cancel or modify the scheule for this event, all teams will be notified vie email.
Teams may cancel up until team registration opens on the day of the event and receive a full refund.
Thank you for registering for our West Michigan Outdoor VRC HS/MS Early Tuesday 'A' Tournament! We are excited that you want to join us. This event will be outside in tents.
We are living in unprecedented times, and we're trying to give students a chance to build and compete with robots. We believe these evetns can be managed with reasonable risk profiles. amd this event will comply with the CDC, State and School District policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All participants will be required to complete a COVID-19 release form as well as the standard VEX release.
Please read and understand the following:
**** Please understand that since we HAVE to keep tournament sizes small (12 teams), there is another 12 team tournament immediately following this event. We are asking all teams to be to the field on time (we can't fall behind) and to please leave the premises as quickly as possible after your final match. ****
Please respect that these additional rules are in place for the safety of everyone involved (students and volunteers). Without these rules, we don't feel that we would be able to run events at this time. Also note, that as we run more events and learn more about what works and what doesn't work, these rules may change slightly.
