Información general
We plan to use the smart field controllers for this event. Please make sure the following initial Setup (Teams) is followed prior to inspection.
- Open VEXcode
- Connect robot brain directly to computer
- Turn on robot brain
- Ensure controller and robot are running the latest VEXos firmware
- Set team number on robot brain (no spaces between team number and letter)
Our Robotics Booster Club members will host a concession stand. Teams who select to pre-order lunch for December 13th’s robotics tournament will be guaranteed their hot meal during the tournament’s lunch break. The lunch package will only be available to teams who have pre-ordered prior to December 5, 2025. You may pay with a Purchase Order or cash on the day of the tournament. Must bring a copy of the Purchase Order to the tournament. Menu will be added closer to the event.

In the event of bad weather or cancellation of the event, the event partner will make every effort to reschedule the event. Coaches and mentors will be notified with as much advance notice as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued if rescheduling the event is not possible or a team is unable to attend the new date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be issued.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
