Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Agenda

Two skills fields are available in two hour blocks with two teams sharing the time to make their three driving and three coding skills challenge attempts.  The first 30 minutes of the block is for setup and other last minute pit needs.  The remaining 90 minutes are for the challenge attempts.

The available time blocks are 8:30 am - 10:30 am; 10:00 am - 12:00 pm; 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm; and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.  

The blocks will be available for sign up on Wednesday,  Feb 12th   The link will be emailed to all registered teams at that time.

Voluntario

Wheelhouse Robotics will provide all the volunteers needed for this tournament.

No refunds or rescheduling of the event in case of bad weather cancellations. 

No refunds issued if the event runs late due to unforeseen circumstances. 

No refunds issued if the event partner cancels the event. 

 All registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds
