Información general
This is an in-person competition at the beautiful main campus of the University of New Haven in the Beckerman Recreation Center. Lunch for the teams is included in the registration fee (1 pizza and five sodas per registered team). In-person juding for awards. Admissions will be available to answer your questions during the qualification rounds.
If your team has already qualified for finals, please be consiterate of other teams and allow them priority as this is last qualifier of the season.

There is no snow date for this event. The decision to cancel due to inclement weather will be made by 2/7/24 at 12 noon.
Refund and Payment Policies
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be avialble to teams that request cancellation of registration 7 or more day prior to the event. No other refunds will be processed.
Arriving late after 8:30 will result in disqualification without a refund.
If the event is cancelled due to Weather or other issue, refunds will be processed by the University of New Haven.
$5 processing fee collected by REC Foundation will be deducted from all refunds
Refund requests need to be emailed to [email protected]. (Refunds can take up to a month to process)
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
We will not accept digital copies of the notebooks. Please print before arriving.
All students must fiil out this form before competing.
