Thank you for registering for Dallas ISD Skyline's 8th Annual V5RC Tournament. Please be sure your V5 brains are updated along with the controllers. We are using the Smart Field Controller so be sure you have your team numbers assigned to the brain so it displays correctly.

This event is open to spectators.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

9:10 AM – Drivers and Coaches Meeting

9:40 AM – Qualification Matches Begin

9:45 AM – Skills Opens

11:30 AM – Lunch

12:30 PM  – Qualifications Rounds Continue

2:30 PM – Skills Field Close

2:40 PM - Alliance Selections

3:00 PM - Alliance Single Elimination Bracket Begins

4:30 PM – Awards

No volunteers are needed.

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Unfortunately, there will be no make-up in case of weather cancellations.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event that the tournament is canceled by the event administrator, a refund will be issued to registered teams. If a team/coach cancels their registration, it must be done at least one week prior to the event, or no refund will be granted.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

The deadline to submit Digital Engineering Notebooks is Tuesday, February 11th.
