Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
Upon a serious emergency or weather event, the VEX event will be postponed and all participants will be notified via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund via PayPal, Venmo, or Check.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Full refund will be granted before February 5th, 2025.
After Feb 5, refunds will no longer be granted.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
