Join us for the Wild West Showdown! This is a VEX V5RC "High Stakes" tournament for high school and middle school teams.

We will have concession stands and have pizza orders closer to the event.

Competition will take place in the cafeteria in front of our monumental staircase. There will be seating for audience members. 

More specific instructions on parking and orders for lunch will come to your email closer to the event.

Code of Conduct

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo

Weather will be assessed the day prior to the event. If school is cancelled for ice or incelment weather the day before the event, the event will be cancelled. A notification will go out to all coaches via email should the event be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: All registration fees will be refunded

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be given if team does not attend or withdraws from the event.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
