STEM Southwest and Storming STEM (CHS) are thrilled to present the "Robot Rumble in Rancho," a High school & Middle school tournament event with skills.

- Drivers and Coaches Meeting: 9:30am - 9:45am
- Qualification Matches: 10:00am -12:00pm
- Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
- Qualification Matches: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
- Alliance Selection: 2:30pm - 2:45pm
- Elimination Rounds: 2:45pm - 3:30pm
- Awards: 3:30pm - 4:00pm
- Robot Skills: run during Qualification rounds.

In the event of bad weather or an emergency we will attempt to reschedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued to teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds are only given in extreme cases. Because RECF takes a $5.00 processing fee out of the registration fees, that portion will not be refunded.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
