Welcome to Messiah University's High Stakes Qualifier (HS Only). We look forward to welcoming you and your teams to campus in Mechanicsburg, PA. The event will be held in Brubaker Auditorium and is open for all to attend. More information on concessions, directions and parking will be provided closer to the event date.

This event is a collaboration between Messiah University, Stem Pit Crew, Inc. and Magnus Robotics.This tournament is open to all registered high school V5RC teams in eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.

Voluntario

Many volunteers are needed to help us with the event, we welcome your participation. Some available volunteer roles include: Scorekeeper Referees, Field Reset Crew, Robot Inspectors, Check-in Desk, Set-up/Tear down Crew.

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo

If there is inclement weather, please check the General Information event tab for updates. We will do our best to notify teams via email at least 24 hours prior to the event if the event needs to be canceled. Unfortunately, should inclement weather force a cancellation of this event, there is no available makeup date.

In the event of an emergency or if your team is experiencing delays attending the event, please text your school / organization name and team number(s) to 267-265-8178 on the event day.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 
If the event is canceled, the registration fee will be returned (minus $5.00 RECF processing fee). 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
For a refund, the Event Coordinator must be notified at least 10 days prior to the event so that teams may be moved from the wait list and other teams invited to attend. The refunded amount will be equal to the registration fee paid minus the $5.00 RECF processing fee. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
