Voluntario
Volunteers are always key to a successful competition. There are many opportunities available for volunteers of all experience levels. We're happy to train you "on the job!" To volunteer for this event, please contact Alexander Strong at [email protected]
Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
Our event has historically had to deal with bad weather. Calvert Hall has a private contracting service to quickly remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots. Because we are a private school, we will do everything possible to host the event, even if public school policies close school on Friday. Stay tuned to this website for additional information as the event approaches. Please monitor e-mail on the day of the event for bulk information as well.
In the event of postponement, we will attempt to hold the event at a later date (TBD - Saturday only).
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis but are not guaranteed. Because this event traditionally has a wait list, we request payment at the earliest possible date. Unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation. e-mail [email protected] for inquiries.
Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
