Welcome to the 2024 SLO-Botics High Stakes Fall Kickoff

We will have a full VEX Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field.

There are currently 32 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 6 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure that you are marked as paid (or PO received) two weeks in advance or you may be replaced with a team from the waitlist.

Teams need to arrive by 8:15am so that they can be inspected before the 8:45am deadline. Teams that have not checked in by 8:30am will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.

This event is in California Region 3, so only teams based in this region will be able to directly qualify for the state championships at this event.

Event is indoors so we will hold rain or shine, though I'm really hoping for some of our lovely fall weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: we will of course offer a full refund.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: in this circumstance we are unable to offer a refund.
