Información general
Faith Academy and Barton Academy are excited to host this year's V5RC: High Stakes! Bots by the Bay is open to both middle school and high school V5 teams. The competition will be Saturday, October 12th at Faith Academy in the main gym.
Registration fees will also include a pizza for each team. Concessions will be available, as well. More specifics will be emailed closer to the event.
JUDGING: All digital notebooks must be uploaded no later than Wednesday, October 9th by 5:00PM CST. Team Interviews will be conducted in-person at the competition.

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.
Agenda
8:00 am: Pit opens
8:15 am: Check-in, inspection, and skills open.
Once a team is checked-in, they may start their skills.
Get them in early!
8:45 am: Drivers meeting
10:00 am: Qualification Matches begin
Skills continue. Keep track of your schedule.
12:00 pm: Lunch (Students should not leave the tournament.)
12:30 pm: Qualification and Skills Matches resume
1:30 pm: Skills Line Closes
1:45 pm: Qualification Matches end
Alliance Selection- Immediately after the last match concludes
2:15 pm: Elimination Matches begin
3:30 pm: Awards

All teams will be contacted the day before the event if the event needs to be adjusted due to bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be reimbursed if the event is cancelled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
The digital engineering notebook submission deadline is Wednesday, October 9, 5:00PM CST.
