Información general
If you are hoping to attend our November event and/or the State Championships, we would love to have your organization represented in our Judging process!! (We also need 3 fields for skills and practice fields))
So we are offering the following incentives.
1. If your organization provides a judge (or judges) we will offer free registration for one registration. (This is easier if you reach out to me directly and we can enter them without the $5 robotevents fee. But if you do register through robotevents, we can issue a refund, it just takes a while for the paperwork.
2. If you commit to bringing a practice field, we will give your organization (2) fast passes for skills. (1 driving 1 autonomous)
Please complete this form: (Before Registering and reach out to me ASAP)

We are excited to welcome everyone back, and welcome, new teams, to our 4th Annual tournament. Our tournaments are held in the Reeds Spring Middle School Auditorium. There is a circular drive at the bottom doors for dropping off students, robots, and fields. Parking is availalbe on the North (elevators) and East side.
We will ask teams that are traveling to preinspect. This will make checkin much smoother and quicker.
Inspection is Friday, November 15, 2024 from 4:00 - 6:00pm and Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 8:00am - 9:00am.
Skills will be available Friday, November 15, 2024 night from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
(We do have several lakeside cabins available at a discounted rate for anyone wanting to make a mini vacation out of our event) Look in the travel section for links. BestWestern is recently remodeled and has offered a discounted rate as well.
