This event is sponsored by the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) Career Technical Education Department (CTE). All proceeds from this event are used to sustain the CTE Robotics program in the Santa Ana Unified School District.

Live-streaming and on-site free wi-fi will be provided.

Lunch will not be provided.

7:30 am - 8:30 am - Practice Field #1 Opens - 2 teams on field for 5 mins - first come first served

8:00 am - 9:30 am - Robot Inspection

8:30 am - 9:30 am Practice Field Practice Schedule - 2x for Each Team for 5 mins with 2 teams on field

9:45 am - Meeting & Opening Ceremony

10:00 am - Qualifying Matches Begin

12:00 pm - Lunch

12:30 pm - Qualifying Matches Resume

2:30 pm - Qualifying Matches End

2:45 pm - Finals Matches Begin

3:15 pm - Closing Ceremonies & Awards

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be issued in case of medical necessity.

Refunds will only be offered for 50% of registration fee.

No refunds two weeks prior to event.

Health and Safety Policies

To ensure the safety of all participants, we encourage team members and volunteers to wear masks while indoors.

We remind all attendees/participants to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer throughout the day.

We remind attendees/participants to not attend if they have tested positive for COVID-19, have a fever, have a cough, are sneezing, or are feeling unwell.

We advise all attendees/participants to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
