Welcome to the USF VEXU Bull Run Tournament! We are excited to be hosting a VEXU tournament in the middle of December! We hope Tampa, Florida will welcome you all to a warm holiday weekend filled with an electrifying robotics competition featuring the top Universities in VEXU. Doors open at 8:15 am, so we hope to see you there!
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.
University Logistics
This event will take place at the University of South Florida Tampa campus. Teams, participants, and all guests will be required to follow all University policies while on-campus. https://www.usf.edu/regulations-policies/

Voluntario
Volunteers are the back bone to any robotics competition. Please reach out to Nathan Moses, the main EP/volunteer coordinator, to see how you can get involved in volunteering for this Bull Run VEXU Tournament.
Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
The event is held indoors and unless there is severe inclement weather - like a hurricane - will continue as planned. In the event of a severe weather event, the tournament will be canceled and fees refunded. If a team(s) traveling from a distant state happens to have a severe weather event in their state - like a blizzard, tornado, hurricane - and this prohibits their team from traveling, the tournament will continue as planned but those teams unable to travel will be refunded and dropped from the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
Registration fee is nonrefundable after December 3 @ 12:00 pm.
Health and Safety Policies

This event will take place in the Royal Ballroom located in the Marshall Student Center (MSC) within the University of South Florida campus.
Enter through the front entrance, and there you will see a staircase on your right that will take you to front of the Royal Ballroom where inspections will be held on the 2nd floor. If needed, elevators are available if you walk past the stairs and turn to the right. Once on the 2nd floor, inspections will be immediately to your left.
Parking
Parking on the University of South Florida campus is not enforced on weekends. The venue location is highlighted in red, and available parking spaces are highlighted in yellow. We do ask that you refrain from parking anywhere labeled "R" and/or "E", as these spaces do have different regulations. Webcast
This event will not be webcasted. However, teams and guests are allowed to video record matches as long as it is not distrubing other teams or guests and is not match affecting.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. This may require teams with a digital copy of thier notebook to be printed out in order to hand in a physical copy.
