Due to the small enrollmen in this early season event, it will be a SCRIMMAGE. If any schools would like to join us and have the opportunity to participate in learn about the Aerial Drone Competition -- please reach out ASAP to Nancy so you can be included at NO CHARGE!! This Aerial Drone Event is a Blended event, so all teams are welcome! We are hosting this event to give this opportunity to new teams this year so they can get a taste of what a competition is like. We hope you join us!
- All participants are expected to complete the Participant Release Form uploaded on Robot Events. This just needs to be completed once each season and will cover all Aerial Drone Competition events for the season.
- Safety glasses are required.
- Teams need to bring drones, batteries/chargers, laptops, and surge protectors/extension cords.
- Printed copies of Competition Logbook should be turned in at team check in on the day of the tournament.

If you are interested in volunteering for this event, contact Nancy Mejias - [email protected]. We are recruiting judges and referees. No experience is required. Training will be provided a month prior to the event through online webinars.

Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds minus fees accessed by the REC Foundation will be issued in the case of an event cancellation. (Per the RobotEvents.com fee structure, $5.00 of each registration fee is retained for processing and is not refundable along with a 3% credit card processing fee for credit card payments.)
No refunds will be issued to "no show" teams that register but do not attend the event.
