Thank you for choosing to join us on Saturday, March 16, 2024 for our 2nd Annual Palmetto Panther Aerial Drone Competition!
Judging for Communications Mission:
- In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be in-person at the event.
- Digital Submission of Competition Logbooks: Competition Logbooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The notebooks need to be submitted no later than 5pm on March 9, 2024.
Reminder to Teams:
- Bring safety glasses for all Flight Team members.

All cancellations will be communicated through email.
Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).
Unfortunately, there will be no make-up in case of severe weather cancellations.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:

A refund of the registration fee per paid team minus any fees accessed by the REC Foundation will be issued,
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be issued.
