Dear Participants,
We are delighted to have you join us for this thrilling competition, and we wanted to provide you with some important information regarding the event.
Venue: Harmony School of Excellence Elyson, 22855 Elyson Falls Dr, Katy, TX 77449
Please ensure that you arrive on time so that we can kick off the event promptly. The doors will open at 7:30 AM, allowing you ample time to prepare your drones and get settled before the competition begins. We kindly request all participants to bring their extension cords/surge protectors to ensure an uninterrupted power supply during the event.

All teams will be notified via e-mail if any changes happen.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A refund of $45.00 of the registration fee per paid team will be issued should the event be canceled by the Event Partner.
If the event is rescheduled by the Event Partner and a team is no longer able to compete due to the new date, the Event Partner will refund $45.00 of the registration fee, if notified 5 days before the rescheduled event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be issued.
