Important Updates: 9.18.2023 

Event will be held at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. To enter the Air Force Base all adults and student older than 12 will need to be prepared to present a valid ID at the gate. A variety of aircraft will be on display and vendors/special exhibits will be onsite. We have also invited special guest speakers. More details will be provided at a later date.  

This is a FREE workshop and scrimmage.

• Current Teams are encouraged to register to assist us with planning.
• Teams that would like to learn more about the Aerial Drone Competition may attend the event with an adult mentor.  Mentors, please email Nate Raynor if you would like to participate: [email protected].
•  On the day of the event if you are in need of assistance please text 601-402-5851, 
• This is Community Day at Holloman Air Force Base so many activities will be occuring on the Base today. Public is invited. 
• The Aerial Drone Competition will be set up in one of the hangars.
• Workshop for Volunteers and Students will begin around 11:30am.
• Demonstrations and scrimmage matches should begin after lunch. 
• This event will include a workshop with training for coaches, judges and referees for 2024: Mission Eclipse. 
• Students on current teams or those looking to form teams will have the opportunity to learn about the Aerial Drone Competition by participating in scrimmage teamwork matches and have an opportunity to warch demonstrations of Piloting Skills and Autonomous Skills matches. 
• Please bring your own power strips/extension cords, tools, parts, etc.
• Safety glasses will be required.
