You are registering for the VEX AI Competition which requires sophisticated programming skills and is designed to challenge advanced high school and college teams of students.

The VEX AI Competition requires each individual team to design and build 2 V5 robots, as well as to use additional AI add-on accessories. This VEX AI add-on kit is available for purchase on vexrobotics.com. Also, it is important to know that during this "Pilot" year, official competition events may not be provided in every region, requiring teams to travel in order to compete.

Teams may run Skills Challenges at selected local VRC Events by request. Due to the limited number of VAIRC teams in any given region, participation in head-to-head competitions may require teams to travel. Contact [email protected] for assistance with locating events.
