I believe this Key Criterion has 2 interpretations:
- The submitted attribute is unique or uncommon among other attributes appearing on a valid Innovate Award Submission Information Form at this event.
- The submitted attribute is unique or uncommon among other Teams that submitted a valid Innovate Award Submission Information Form at this event.
Which interpretation is correct?
