<RSC8> First, does the robot have to touch the inner wall of the field at the beginning of the competition? Second, after the team member touches the robot, must the robot retouch the inner wall of the external wall of the site again? Or the robot can be placed directly in the Zone 2?

Yes, the Robot has to meet all criteria of rule <SG1> at the beginning of every Match and after every use of rules <G10> and/or <RSC8> to legally reset the Robot during a Match. This includes Clause B of <SG1>, "Contacting the inside of the Field Perimeter wall."
