<SG5.d> states that Rapid Load Balls may only be removed from the Starting Zone by a Robot (i.e., cannot be bounced, rolled, or otherwise removed from the Starting Zone by a Loader). In the picture below, if I roll the ball and hit the standoff and the ball rolls out of the rapid loading zone and into the robot, does this satisfies <SG5.d>?

Thank you for your question. Clause D of rule <SG5> will be revised in the next game manual update as follows (bold text used to highlight new language), and this change is effective immediately.
Rapid Load Balls may only be removed from the Starting Zone by a Robot action (i.e., cannot be bounced, rolled, or otherwise removed from the Starting Zone by a Loader).
The example used in your question does not meet the requirements of rule <SG5>.
