If a team shows at inspection a robot that has 25in arms (both sides) to accomplish the "touch the field perimeter" rule during autonomous skills matches, but they totally remove those arms for driving skills and teamwork matches. Is that modification legal during the tournament? Although the changes may be considered as "subsystem 3", it modifies in a significant way how the robot drives through the field.<R3>
