2333: Not running program during Autonomous Period

In Q&A 2328, it was clarified that teams who have disabled their robot during the autonomous period by holding the power button on their V5 Controller are not permitted to operate their robot for the rest of the match including the driver control period. However, if a team strategically decides to not run their program at all during the autonomous period by not pressing run on their controller prior to the start of the match, would they still be permitted to later run their program and operate their robot after the autonomous period has ended? While the ruling in Q&A 2328 was made based on rule <G11>, this action does not seem to be in violation of <G11> because, by neglecting to run the program prior to the match, the drive team members never actually interact with the robot during the autonomous period.

The game manual does not require Teams to run an autonomous program. Provided no other rules are broken, this would be legal.
