After a Team’s third Violation of this rule (either Major or Minor), all subsequent Violations of this rule will immediately escalate to a Major Violation. • Any Team that removes three (3) or more of their opponent’s Rings from the Field in a single Match will receive a Major Violation.

... if a team has 2 Rings land outside the field once when descoring a Wall Stake and later has 1 Ring land outside the field when descoring a Wall Stake, is that also a dq? Yes. ... if a team when descoring Wall Stakes has 3 Rings land outside the field during the entire tournament, does the fourth lead to a dq? Yes.
How we normally record violations is that 1 match = 1 violation. However, the answer to QA 2059 seems to imply that each ring outside of the field is its own violation for the purpose of automatic escalation, which would make the second violation note redundant. Please provide clarification for scenarios where there are 3 or more rings removed over 2 matches.
Assuming that there were no matches with rings removed prior to these scenarios, and that all removals are deemed accidental:
If a team has 2 rings land outside the field in one match, then has 1 or 2 rings land outside the field in a second match, would that be a DQ from the second match for having more than 3 rings outside the field during the tournament?
If a team has 3 rings land outside the field during a match, and later has 1 ring land outside the field, would that also be a DQ?
In the above scenarios, would it make a difference when the rings were removed in the matches with multiple rings out? Eg. all at once vs. multiple instances within the match?
