Placing discs into the loader

We are at an event and it appears a team has built a ramp that sits on the floor outside the arena. The purpose of the ramp was to load all the match load discs on the platform then push them from the end to get a continuous feed into the loader attached to the field perimeter. Since SG6 states that a drive team member must place the discs on the loader, this appears to be a violation. The head ref has approved it.

Could we get a clarification?

Thank you for your question. As stated in clause 'c' of rule <G7>, "Drive Team Members are prohibited from ... bringing / using additional materials to simplify the game challenge during a Match." This would include the device you've described.
