Clarification please:

A platform has either MOGO's and or robot on a platform. They all meet the criteria for the robot to be considered balanced thus elevated, however, through robot play, the platform has been pushed so that the platform is now resting on the field perimeter. Paper can not pass between the platform or field perimeter. Note: the MOGO's and/or robot are not touching the perimeter. (About 3 - 4 inches of the platform is touching the perimeter).

Does the fact that the platform itself is resting on the perimeter impact the status of balanced and elevated?

A platform has either MOGO's and or robot on a platform. They all meet the criteria for the robot to be considered balanced thus elevated, however, through robot play, the platform has been pushed so that the platform is now resting on the field perimeter. Paper can not pass between the platform or field perimeter.

When assembled correctly, this condition should not be possible in standard gameplay without either damage to the field (thus, a possible Match replay) or contact with another Robot/Mobile Goal (thus, transitive contact at the end of the Match which would not satisfy the definition of Balanced/Elevated).
