You are invited to join a panel of REC Foundation Regional Support Managers for a free online REC Foundation Event Partner (EP) Training Webinar - Plan Smarter, Not Harder: How to Start Your Event Right

Are you interested in hosting an event next season, join us for this sesson on how you get a jump on planning your event. 

The webinar is geared towards new and returning V5RC, VIQRC, and VEXU Robotics Competition EPs who are planning on offering an event for the  2025/2026 season.

  2. STEP TWO: Check for an email from Zoom

    • Be sure that you are checking the same email address that you included on the Zoom registration form above.

    • The email from Zoom will contain a unique link for you to join the webinar.

    • The email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive, depending on your mailing service.

    • Check your SPAM folder; the invitation link may have been sent there.

    • Only one device may join with this link, so please do not share it
       

  3. STEP THREE: Log onto Zoom Meetings

    • At the scheduled time, click on the link that was included in the email from Zoom.

    • You may need to sign into Zoom again. Use the email address that you used to create the account.
