Thank you for registering.  We look forward to having you.  Please be sure your V5 brains are updated along with the contollers.  We are using the Smart field Controller so be sure you have your team numbers assigned to the brain so it displays correctly.  It should be a wonderful day of robots and student learning.


Payment should be made at least 2 weeks prior the event.  If payment is not made you may be moved to the waitlist.  Please contact Event Partner with any questions.

3 PM – Elimination Matches and Awards

In the event of bad weather, events will either be cancelled or rescheduled. Coaches will be emailed in advance. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be within a 30 day time period


If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will only be given if cancelation is made 2 weeks prior to the event and is requested directly to Event Partner through email at [email protected]. Refunds are not given for no shows and you will be expected to pay in full.  

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
